Primerica Financial Services National Convention 2011
For eight years in a row, Switch has managed and produced the Primerica Financial Services’ corporate communications events including their 2011 National Convention in Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center and Georgia Dome. The 3 day production was of spectacular proportions, offering Primerica’s nearly 55,000 sales representatives a once in a lifetime opportunity to be recognized for their efforts and share their success stories with peers from around the country. A combination of state-of-the-art production technologies and high-energy creative allowed for an ultra-dynamic show that took 24 tractor trailers of gear to create … more than most concert tours.
Key to any recognition event, the production featured flawlessly executed, tightly-choreographed theatrical elements. The nearly five minute opening module consisted of 8 different synced video sources, 4 house and 23 additional video displays all synced with an array of pyrotechnics and audio/visual cues. The remainder of the show utilized over 1800 sq. ft. of LED video, 900 sq. ft. of moving video, 195 intelligent light fixtures on the floor, wall and articulated trusses with over 150 hang points. Attendees were brought to their feet, cheering so loud that decibel levels reached the equivalent of a full-on rock concert (130+db).
