Major League Baseball

In the summer of 2009 the eyes of the sporting world were on St. Louis as the Midsummer Classic was held in the best baseball town in America.

Not to be outdone by the on-field action, Major League Baseball and Switch hosted over 5,500 guests as part of The Commissioner’s Gala. Erecting 70,000 square feet of tented event space, Switch brought the neighborhoods of St. Louis to life via food, music and custom scenery. Topping things off, Switch put two musical icons on the stage together for the first time, with rock n’ roll legend Chuck Berry taking the mic along side hip-hop star, Nelly.

From delicious local fare and regional wines, to Mound City jazz and celebrities galore, Switch did St. Louis proud and showed everyone why they call this town Baseball Heaven.
