The industry leader in providing physicians with the key information they need came to us looking for an image refresh and some consistency. What they got was a brand overhaul and an active strategy to engage their audience.
In the initial phases, we were able to distill that the depth and breadth of products offered by MD Consult was unmatched in the industry, and thus essential to our positioning. Delivering a new brand tag line and positioning statement, “It’s all you need”, Switch quickly moved to extend this message across all channels with a focus on the digital space.
To jump-start the campaign, we fired up a Facebook promotion and branded widget to engage a younger consumer, while an interactive sampling experience entitled The MD Challenge, boosted trial and usage among current users.
The re-boot continued with an entirely new preview page, new print communication materials, demo videos, a cause-marketing partnership and a turn-key sales kit.
Success was unquestionable: a 15% increase in sales for 2010 and a double-digit growth trajectory for 2011.
