First Fridays: Switch Flight School
It’s a Switch tradition to throw an elaborate happy hour on the first friday of every month; properly dubbed “First Fridays.” We celebrate the previous month’s accomplishments and achievements over drinks and games of various degrees of outrageousness.
In July, we wanted to celebrate summer with an American tradition. Jorts. We didn’t stop there, though. In celebration of 4th of July, we gave a nod to the troops by opening our very own flight school. A paper airplane flight school. Recruits were tasked with creating the four best paper airplanes they could; using recycled materials they found around the office. These planes would then be put through the Switch Flight School obstacle course, where they racked up points for accuracy and distance.
